My Political Ideology

My name is Sarah and I am a senior in high school. My political typology is core conservative. Core Conservatives are for smaller government and lower taxes. They also view immigrants in a positive way as the country's first conservatives. They also believe that the United States stands above all nations. I am not surprised that I fit the description of the core conservative. My political views often lean more towards the right. I am also very positive about immigration and people coming to America legally no matter where they are from, but I also believe that America should have border security to protect the people. I also do believe that the United States is one of the best couBorder security and America’s safety should be one of the top priories for the United States. Even though, I agree and encourage legal immigration I also believe that we should be cautious with the people coming here illegally. Not every person entering the United States has the best intentions and it is important to keep America’s people safe. I understand that people come to America to seek refuge, but it is very difficult to be able to allow everyone in.ntries to live in. I know America is not perfect but I take pride in this country.  One question that I differ the most with the general public is that the obstacles that once made it harder for women than men to get ahead are now largely gone. I agreed with this statement because women today have the exact same rights as men do. They are allowed to vote, they are allowed to go to school, they are allowed job opportunities, they have the right to do what men can do. Women are not unfairly treated by laws anymore. Men and women are equal in the United States.
